Cancellation:

At San Marino by Shoe Bank, we prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold a liberal cancellation policy to accommodate our customers' needs. Please note the following guidelines regarding cancellations:

  • Cancellations will be entertained only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order. Customers can cancel their orders before the product has been shipped by reaching out to us via WhatsApp. However, if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process initiated, cancellation may not be possible. Once the order has been shipped, customers are required to initiate a return request upon receiving the order.
  • In case of approved refunds by San Marino by Shoe Bank, it may take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer's account.
  • San Marino by Shoe Bank reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation, based on circumstances where the requirements cannot be met. However, the company is committed to promptly communicating any order cancellations or applicable refunds to customers in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Customers may occasionally require changes to their orders. At San Marino by Shoe Bank, we understand this need and allow for partial cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of order placement, provided the items have not yet been shipped. Please note that while we strive to accommodate such requests, feasibility may vary depending on order processing status. Our team will promptly communicate any limitations or alternatives to the customer. 

Exchange:

We offer a 7-day exchange period for all orders. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot facilitate an exchange or return. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Removal of tags will deem the product as used and ineligible for exchange. Minor color and design variations from website photographs are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange Process:

1. Initiate Exchange Request: You can request an exchange once per order.


2. Send the Package: Please send the package to our warehouse by courier. Our warehouse address is:

As soon as we receive it, our QC team will check the item to ensure it meets our criteria.


3. Receive Replacement Item: Once approved, we will send the replacement item using our shipping service. We’ll cover the delivery and shipping costs for the replacement item, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you.

  • Seasonal and Occasional Sale Products:
    Products purchased during seasonal and occasional sales are subject to our No Return or Exchange Policy, except for Clearance Sale. Clearance Sale items can be exchanged for the same style (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery in case of size issues or damaged products.

In-Store Purchases:

Products bought from SHOE BANK Store can only be exchanged at the place of purchase.

Price Difference in Exchanges:

If an exchange results in a lower-priced item, the balance amount will be issued to you as a store credit (Gift Card) via email.

Discrepancy from Expectations:

If you believe the received product differs from what was displayed on the site or doesn't meet your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty:

Complaints regarding products covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be referred to the respective manufacturer.

Exclusions:

We do not offer exchanges or store credits for free products, nor do we facilitate second-time exchanges for an order.

NOTE: Product Availability and Pricing:

Please note that the availability of products and prices may change over time. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasionally, certain items may become unavailable or experience price adjustments after an order has been placed. In such cases, San Marino by Shoe Bank reserves the right to notify the customer of any changes and offer alternatives or refunds accordingly. At San Marino by Shoe Bank, we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the fit of your shoes and would like to return them, please follow the simple procedure outlined below.

Return Procedure:

1. Initiate Return Request: To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page on the website and fill in the relevant details.

3. Quality Inspection: Returned items will undergo inspection by our quality assurance team. Items that fail to meet our quality standards will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No reimbursement will be provided in such cases.

Return Eligibility:

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging and proof of purchase included.
Minor color and design variations from website photographs are not eligible for a refund.
Removal of tags will deem the product as used and ineligible for return.
Return of In-Store Purchases:

Products purchased from SHOE BANK store locations must be returned to the place of purchase.

Missing/Wrong/Damaged Products:

If you receive a missing, wrong, or damaged product or packaging, please contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of delivery for assistance. The request will be processed after the merchant has verified the condition of the product.

Refund Options:

During the refund process, you can choose between a refund to your bank account or store credit (gift card). Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded exclusively as store credit (gift card), while prepaid orders have the option of either a bank account refund (after deducting the shipping cost of return) or store credit.

Using Credit Note:

San Marino Store Credit (gift card) can be applied on our website at the checkout page. Simply enter the gift card code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click 'APPLY'. The discount will be reflected in the payable amount. Store credits (gift card) are valid indefinitely and exclude shipping fees paid during the order placement process. Cancellation of Refunds:

San Marino by Shoe Bank reserves the right to cancel or withhold a refund under certain circumstances, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violation of the return policy terms. If San Marino by Shoe Bank determines that a refund request is fraudulent or does not comply with the terms outlined in the return policy, the refund may be cancelled, and appropriate action may be taken. We are committed to ensuring the integrity of our refund process and protecting the interests of our customers and our business.
